Spot Curing System

The SunSpot SM is a high intensity, compact UV light curing system. The unit was designed with low cost of ownership in mind, with its vertically mounted long-life mercury lamp, separately replaceable elliptical reflector, and filtered input long-life light guide. The Sunspot's easy to use exposure time controls and foot pedal activation make operating the unit a snap. The system weighs in at less than 7.5 pounds, and its 10 x 5 inch footprint is the smallest in its class.

The PORTA-RAY 400 is a portable or low production UV curing system. Because of its versatility, it can handle a variety of UV curing applications. With an effective curing width of 6", it is ideal for batch or conveyor mounted curing of small parts. Weighing-in at a meager 8³/₄ pounds, the system is also perfect for applications where frequent transportation is involved. The unit features a removable head, which can also serve as a handheld curing lamp during operation

Intelli-Ray 400 UV Curing System

The INTELLI-RAY 400 is a compact microprocessor controlled UV curing system. Unlike competitors units, the INTELLI-RAY integrates all system components into a small lamp head which can be easily mounted anywhere on a factory floor, with virtually no cabling or remote control boxes required. Just mount the head, connect the AC line cord, and start timed exposure curing! The system contains an integrated retractable shade type shutter, which allows for repeatable exposure timing, and shields the user from UV radiation. The system's LCD display and digital keypad make programming and monitoring of curing operations a snap. The long life 400-Watt metal halide type lamp and parabolic reflector illuminate an 8 x 6 inch curing area with evenly distributed 100mW/cm²UVA light (320-390nm). Up to 185mW/cm² with new 600W lamp!

The UV Conveyor 40 is a bench top or stand mounted conveyorized uv light curing system, designed for laboratory or high volume production applications. The conveyor features a quiet variable speed motor, with a velocity regulating drive that keeps the belt speed constant for varying loads. The system can be configured with single or dual high intensity lamp heads, which can be removed and reconfigured as stand mounted systems for increased versatility. The belt-to-lamp height can be easily adjusted from 1.5 to 5 inches, for improved compatibility with varying part sizes.
